We are thrilled to introduce our new chef, Brogaen, who brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for creating outstanding food. With an impressive career spanning some of the finest establishments in the South of England, Keith has honed his craft in high-end restaurants, mastering both classic and contemporary cuisine. His dedication to quality, innovation, and exceptional flavours has earned him a stellar reputation, and we are delighted that he has now returned home to bring his expertise to The Coach and Horses.
