Head Chef – Chris
With 25 years of experience in the kitchen, I bring a traditional yet refined approach to cooking, with a real passion for quality ingredients, classic techniques and well-balanced flavours.

My career has taken me through a wide range of kitchens, from developing menus for high street restaurant brands to working as Head Chef for a London events company, creating and delivering food for large-scale events.

For me, great food is about more than just what’s on the plate. It’s about creating an experience people remember and want to come back for.

As a father, I value patience, kindness and taking pride in what I do, and those qualities are just as important to me in the kitchen. I’m calm under pressure, approachable and passionate about building a strong team around me.

As Head Chef, my aim is simple: to create delicious, memorable food that respects tradition, makes the most of great ingredients and gives every guest a genuinely enjoyable dining experience.
